Background

PM Title asked us to develop an advertising strategy and creative for a monthly series of full page ad placements in the Columbus edition of Real Producers Magazine, a publication that tells the real stories of real estate agents in the top markets around the country.

Strategy

Our first task was to develop the overarching creative and messaging strategy for the ad campaign.

Real Producers Magazine is an exclusive publication, with a highly targeted audience. We needed to highlight PM Title’s strength’s, leverage the brand’s slightly irreverent tone, and make the case that real estate agents should do business with PM Title.
